FLOWER REMEDIES
These are a kind of alternative remedies used along with the conventional types of medicines to cure the patients mentally and physically. There are two kinds of remedies in this methodology. One is using
Dr. Edward Bach’s (London) 38 remedies to set right the mental ill – health and the other is to use the Indian flower remedies to treat the physical ailments, both chronic and acute. Dr. Edward Bach has used mainly the flower extracts of 37 medicinal plants grown in England where as for physical ailments we use the flowers and other parts of the medicinal plants grown in India. CHAKRA HEALING
DR. VALSALA NAIR is conducting online classes frequently to actual seekers interested in learning chakra healing. The main reason for all our problems in this life is due to the blockages in our nadis and chakras. Her classes are an eye opener to remove these blockages from our astral body, which, in turn, helps us to lead an excellent life, be it in health, wealth & prosperity, relationships, career growth or spiritual self – transformation.
REIKI HEALING
DR. VALSALA NAIR, being a Reiki Grand Master, conducts online classes on Reiki level 1, 2, 3 & 4, Money – Reiki, Karuna Reiki and other allied subjects to real seekers of this treasure. By learning these courses, one can practise Reiki to do self- healing, healing others, to heal people in distance and to heal plants and animals.
MEDITATION
Meditation is taught through Online & Offline classes to people who have real thirst to meditate. DR. VALSALA NAIR teaches mainly the two types of meditations, namely ANA PANA SATI MEDITATION AND VIPASSANA MEDITATION. By practicing these two techniques, one can even achieve Mukthi in this life time!
